Brief Answer:
Incomplete RBBB is not serious

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Incomplete RBBB is usually not significant and isa non specific finding on ECG.It resuls due to minor disturbance of current passing through conduction system of heart.Usually of no serious consequences.
I suggest you to get echocardiogram done to rule out any valvular or any other structural problem with heart.I am sure that your echo will turn out to be normal, but it is just sake of check up.You mentioned that you have sinus bradycardia ,which at your age must be due to regular exercises which you might be doing and it is infact good sign.I would like to know whether you have any symptoms or health issue?why did u get ECG done ?was it a routine check up or pre employment check up?If have no symptoms then it again suggests that this ECG defect is non specific.
I would be glad to guide you further once i get your feedback.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.

Brief Answer:
need not worry about heart

Detailed Answer:
hello,
As your echo was normal one thing is clear that your heart is normal and the pain is due to some other cause. It may be Acid reflux producing pain or there may be some additional muscular pain. I suggest you to take PPI group with antireflux medicine like Rabeprazole plus domperidone combination once a day for 5 to 7 days.If it relives your pain then it is fine otherwise you should consult a physician for evaluation.no need to rush ,
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.

Brief Answer:
your heart is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
As I anticipated ,your echo is normal .so your heart is normal.ECG findings are nonspecific so nothing to worry as far as heart is concerned.
As per my earlier suggestion take necessary actions for conditions not related to heart.
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
