Brief Answer:
Routine normal variation - Nothing significant.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. The normal range of neutrophils is between 40-70%, while that of lymphocytes is between 20-40%.

2. At present, mild increase in lymphocytes is seen, which has in turn affected neutrophil count to be less.

3. Co-existing factors like joint pain or any chronic disease or inflammation are common causes. Nothing significant to be worried. Only if the count crosses 80-90%, then only, its worrisome. Until, then mild variation on a day to day basis is always seen.

Not to worry. Continue with good hydration and nutrition.

Hope it helps.
