Brief Answer:
You have increased SGPT,GGT,SGOT & uric acid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your reports in detail.
You have increased SGPT,GGT,SGOT and uric acid.

Increased SGPT and GGT indicates liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like altered lipid profile, medications, hepatitis, alcohol intake etc.

SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

You need few more routine investigations like viral markers.Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done.
It is important to know about alcohol history as it may lead to increased SGPT and GGT.

You should take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months more.It will help in regeneration of liver cells.
You should avoid fried and junk food and avoid alcohol completely if you take it.
Increase your physical activity in the form of exercise.

Your uric acid is also mildly raised. You should totally avoid purine rich diet like red meat, beer etc.
If uric acid is persistently raised even with precautions then you may need medicines depending upon clinical conditions.

Rest of the findings are within normal limit.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back

You only need recent viral markers and Ultrasound of abdomen.
It is important to exclude other conditions which can lead to increased SGPT like injury to muscles, heart and kidney problem.
You should take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months as discussed earlier.Your SGPT will become normal.
Ultrasound of abdomen is important in your case.It can be helpful in diagnosis.

Increased physical activity lead to over all good metabolism,so i mentioned this.

You should also try to reduce your weight.
