Brief Answer:
Reason for the test....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
ESR is a highly non-specific test. Though the values are raised usually an ESR below 100 is generally non-concerning. However, I would like to know the reason for having this test. It will allow me to guide you better.

Brief Answer:
Could be related...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The pain may be related to the disc issue in the back. However, I will suggest repeating the ESR value again after treating pain for a couple of months. If the ESR persists to be high, I will suggest consulting a rheumatologist.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
