Brief Answer:
Please go for definitive diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and additional reports.

Trucut biopsy (Nov 2017) shows microabscesses with chronic mastitis, stromal fibrosis, and fat necrosis.
FNAC report of Sept 2017 is showing no cancer but is suggestive of chronic granulomatous lesion also mentioning the possibility of tuberculosis.

Recent ultrasound reports of April and May 2018 show multiple lesions and lymph nodes on the same side. Not much of difference and since the histo-path reports are indicating the granulomatous lesion. It is best to go for a definitive diagnosis by repeat Trucut or excision biopsy so that an appropriate management can be done for the patient getting a cure.

No pain, no redness, no symptoms is not a good sign.
I would strongly advise going for definitive diagnosis at the earliest.

I hope this answer helps. Feel free to ask further.
Regards
