Question : I have no appitite and feel nausea , but no weight loss but i feel low engery levels , whats the reason? Do i undergo any tests? Plz advice

I have no fever, infact my body temperature is always above normal like 98.4 or 98.1 , these symptoms are from around 10days, i feel it bit more now, im on no medication.

Then it could be either due to Vitamin deficiency , Anemia or some hormonal imbalance .

I would advice the following tests for you.

Complete Hemogram , Serum Vitamin D3, Serum Vitamin B12, Serum TSH and FBS , PPBS.

It is in the lower range but there is nothing to worry about. It will go back to normal range in 1-2 weeks by itself.
