Question : I had an abortion last sartuday but my breast hurts so bad and there is some leak fluid coming out.. i would like to know when it will dry up and what can i do to stop the pain. Is there any medication i can take so it can dry up fast?

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) You are probably secreting breast milk.

2) I give tablet cabergolin 0.5 mg for my patients to stop breast milk. You can get prescription for the same from your doctor. This will stop the fluid leak.
