I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At this age, Possibility may be either transient ischaemic attacks or partial seizure.
Is there any loss of consciousness, vomiting, headache, previous stroke, diabetes, hypertension?
You should get examined by a neurologist.
You may need eeg and brain neuroimaging.
Blood investigations like blood sugar, lipid profile, renal function test and liver function test should be done.
Ecg for cardiac status should be done.
