Brief Answer:
insult to liver. check fo HbSAg

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

After looking into the results there is slight insult to your liver. So the liver enzymes has been raised. Even raised LDH may be due to liver injury. Since these are slightly raised no need to worry for now. Get done HbSAg once.
Drink plenty of water, Avoid alcohol and oily food. Keep looking for any signs of jaundice. No other treatment is required if you don't experience any symptoms.

The other 2 tests (monocyte and creatinine level) are acceptable.

The liver has high regenerative power. So if the insult is removed then the recovery is very fast. The insult may be alcohol, virus/bacteria or drugs. Since you are not on any medications the cause may be alcohol (if alcoholic) or due to virus/ bacteria.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.

Regards
