Question : I just received my CBC results and my neutrophills are flagged as LOW shoud i be worried?

i have attached my CBC results with Neutrophill level.i dont have any fever .i dont have any illness except bronchitis a couple of times.i dont have any recent viral infection.

Please let me what you can infer from this.
