Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since the discomfort is under both sides, this may possibly be due to hormonal changes one may get before periods. If you palpate there may be mild tenderness and usually occurs in the axillary tail of the breast.
Please see if the skin is totally normal, not have any nodularity one gets is hidradenitis. This can be bilateral.
Lymph nodes are deep seated and cause discomfort only if there is infection in the drainage are.
In case of doubts, it is preferable to get a clinical examination by a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon and get a high resolution ultrasonography to get a confirmed diagnosis or rule out certain problems as discussed above.
