Brief Answer:
Mild bleeding not too serious, but better to report

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Mild bleeding during the initial stages of pregnancy or even during can be normal, but with your wife's history I would say it is worth reporting to her doctor. Also important to note is that mild bleeding is a common side effect of using duphaston, and so her bleeding could be harmless, but I would prefer if you take her to her doctor and report this as well.

If she is pregnant, then duphaston will only help support her pregnancy and not result in a period, so do not worry about that. And moreover, she has already got a faint positive result from the UPT (urine pregnancy test) which means she is pregnant (congratulations for that), but her mild bleeding is not too much of a worry right now, but it is best to report it to her treating doctor at the earliest so the required measures may be taken.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Iam his wife.
As he said in his question its not mild beeding its look like normal but not heavy.
As i read in internet while taking duphaston tablet period will not occur, Is it true??
If its true request you to list all the possible reasons of bleeding.
We understand during treatment we have possibily of getting multiple praganancy in that case if one fail is there is any chances of other fertilized egg to survive.
If any chance the blleding due to miscarriage of failure egg.
My questions may be with no sense. But please explain all possible reason. we are going to meet doctor tomorrow.
Request to reply immediately.

Hope my response helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am, good day to you.

Yes it is true that period should not occur whilst on duphaston.

List of possible causes for bleeding during pregnancy:

+Implantation bleed: Occurs about 1-2 weeks after the date of conception, is not too heavy and usually lasts from 1-3 days
+Miscarriage: As you already know
+Infections
+Growths
+Cysts or tumors
+Ectopic pregnancy
+Normal (if mild)

Yes, there is a chance of multiple pregnancy and the fertilisation takes place at one time, and if at all one fails then the other can of course get fertilized; but this cannot happen after one pregnancy fails (i.e. if a person gets pregnant through this method and it results in miscarriage you cannot expect pregnancy to occur again after that, unless another sitting of IUI takes place).

Yes there is a chance that bleeding is occurring due to a threatened miscarriage which can lead to a miscarriage, but not directly a miscarriage.

No question is with no sense ma'am, I want you to ask me whatever you want and not feel shy, I am here to help you in all possible ways.

Best wishes.
