Brief Answer:

Nithing to be wworried .No treatment is required

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted your IVP has revealed the fullness of Pelvic Calyceal System.

Urine formation is a continuous process and the urine is collected in a bag called Pelvis of the kidney which remains there for a short while The pelvis then contracts gradually and urine is emptied down into the ureter.

This process is well coordinated and synchronized.

However, in some cases, this coordination and synchronization of peristaltic waves of Renal Pelvis and upper part of the ureter are disturbed that results in the accumulation of urine in pelvis and calyxes causing fullness.

There is nothing significant to this and nothing to be worried about it.

It does not require any active treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
