Hello ,
Thanks for posting your query.
Mucus Occ stands for presence of occult (hidden or microscopic or mininmal) amount of mucus in urine. It can be considered a normal phenomena if there are no associated symptoms or findings like pus cells or occult blood or bacteria in urine.
Such mucus or other normal crystals can make the urine appear turbid too.
Normal urine is straw yellow to XXXXXXX in color. Abnormal colors include bright yellow, brown, black (gray), red, and XXXXXXX These pigments may result from medications, dietary sources, or diseases. For example, red urine may be caused by blood or hemoglobin, beets, medications, and some porphyrias.
So as of now your urine might be considered normal.
Answer 2.
Your esr is a bit elevated(normal upper level is 10) which can occur in chronic inflammatory conditions (? Arthritis) or chronic bacterial infections etc
Your monocytes and erythrocyte mean corpuscular hemoglobin (emch)could be considered appropriate as their mild elevation without associated symptoms is not suggestive of anything.
Answer 3
Serum Alfa feto protein might be elevated in secretory tumours, wilms tumourof kidney, heoatitis, , liver carcinoma, colitis or other many causes. However its level varies with the method & type of tests done .So since all other tests are normal it is not suggestive and might either be ignored or evaluated in future to rule out a renal , hepatic or endocrine tumour if clinically indicated.
As of now your doctor might be right in avoiding any further tests.
If advised you should get a baseline ultrasound abdomen done too.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
