I noticed it because I took the stool and rubbed it in my hand this amount of mucus should also be not present in stools
Brief Answer:
Every stool contains mucus.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There is mucus in every piece of stool. You just do not see it. Its because every single cell of intestine produces mucus. It should not be visible in that amount in normal conditions.
That is the truth. The color, consistency and mucus of your stool seem to be due to infection or lack of intestinal bacteria. That is why I ask you to start probiotic intake.

you mean to say it should not be visible in this amount also it was visible because I rubbed the stool in my hand does it mean I have to check the stool Everytime by rubbing it previously sometimes I have this amount of mucus in stool because on directly seeing the stool mucus is not present
Brief Answer:
No you do not have to check every stool.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
No, please. You do not have to check every stool. You are too young for any serious gastrointestinal disease. All you need is to take probiotic.
Why is this mucus so disturbing? It does not indicate anything serious. Blood is what should be an indicator. So please again, start taking probiotic and leave the stool alone.

I was on oflox tz for throat infection, does I have tocheck stool only by seeing it not by touching it, because this mucus not be visible if I had not spread stool on hand, it disturbing because on internet I have read it is sign of colon cancer
Brief Answer:
Do not spread stool on hand.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You may just check it from time to time by seeing it. Nothing more. Oflox is the reason of such stool as it kills natural intestinal bacteria. That is why probiotic will help.
Colon cancer appears over the age of 50. At your age, it is almost impossible to have it. And bleeding is the most common symptom, not mucus.
