Brief Answer: It requires careful approach Detailed Answer: hi, Thanks for posting your query. Peri pancreatic and precaval lymph nodes are uncommon in healthy individuals. They are usually seen with diseases related to gut like infections and rarely malignancies. (Do not worry, as it would be too early to guess the cause) As there are multiple and significantly enlarged, it requires careful approach. First you need CT abdomen to confirm the lymph nodes and also to see if there any other abnormality in the surrounding organs like intestines, pancreas, liver and gall bladder. CT guided FNAC may be ordered by your doctor which may confirm the disease. Please post if you have any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss, bleeding PV, diarrhea, vomitings etc. Looking to help you.
