Brief Answer:
Give her plenty of fluids orally.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. Increase her fluid intake and avoid taking the medicine for a day or two. Her blood pressure s too low. It is best to ask her to lie down in case she feels giddy. Taking electrolyte rich fluids like Garotade and fresh fruit juices will also help. Do get her electrolyte levels evaluated in case the symptoms are persistent.
