Brief Answer:
no this is quite normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

CA 125 is a non-specific marker and can be elevated for a variety of causes, not all of then serious. Moreover, up to 35 it is normal. So, in you both the tests are normal.

I feel there is nothing to worry for.

Brief Answer:
because of day to day variations

Detailed Answer:
These levels of CA 125 come from normal tissues in the body and hence vary from day to day.

Most likely that is the reason.
