I am a 34-year-old male. My CBC reports show the following. Should i be worried or any prevention, please suggest.
Haemoglobin - 11.7
Polymorphs - 36;
Easinophils - 28,
M.C.H - 21.5,
M.C.H.C - 25.5,
Serum Creatinine - 0.69
Serum Total Cholesterol - 157

Findings may be due to anemia. It may be due to iron deficiency.
You may need peripheral smear of blood for proper assessment.

Take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables,eggs,meat,fish etc.
Eosinophils are also increased,it is important to know history of allergy.It may also be due to worm infestation etc.This need proper evaluation.
