Please find my observations below.

1. A low attenuation mass in the liver shows that there is a thick fluid containing cyst or fatty lesion.

2. Low attenuation means low density. The density in CT scan is measured using HU values and this is probably obvious in the picture.

3. The size of the lesion is 7.1 x 5.3 x 6.3 cm therefore it is a large lesion and requires a biopsy to confirm its nature.
