Question : After ct scan I get impression from doctor. My prostate enlarge and heterogeneous with mass effect on the interior aspect of the bladder.

I read your question and i understand your concern. CT report is suggestive of prostate enlargement likely BPH.Only a complete clinical correlation, further work up will sort out the possibilities and rule out other differentials. Right now benign prostatic hyperplasia is on the top.
