Question: CT Scan of Thorax shows the following comments :-
What are the possible disease >>

patchy ground glass opacitites, bilateral opacities sheen in lower lobes,
sub-plural fibrosis noted bilaterllay,
mild bilateral pleural thickening seen,
subcentimepric peritrachial & para trachial node seen

Non-specific inter-stitian pneumonitis

Patients's complaints : mild fever (now subsided ), mild cough on tracheal irritation
Patient is known hypertensive & hyperglycemia

The presentation is generally with cough and breathlessness. The symptoms may vary in severity in different persons and progress also varies similarly.

Further tests needed to confirm the diagnosis are spirometry, diffusion studies and bronchoscopic lavage and biopsy.
