Question : This in in response by dr. butafuhd......after careful review by oncologist with the radiologist, they believe it is possibly a fluid filled mass. will do another chest ct in 2 wks. now on albuterol, tessalon perls. getting sputum culturesx3. thanks for asking.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Fluid filled mass with history of breast CA alerts for metastasis , infections, Cavitatory lesions and cystic lesions like hydatid cyst. CT scan of the chest will clear up things and if needed should be followed by transbronchial biopsy. Its good idea to have sputum cultures as well, use morning sputum after you wake up from sleep for cultures and hope for the best.
