Question : hi

I am having a pressure feeling under my left side chest, under the nipple. it doesn't hurt just a feeling like something is their. when I wake up its not bad, but as the day goes on it gets worst. sometimes it will have painful at the end of the day when setting. I only feel it when I sit down on a check. if I am walking or laying on a bed I don't feel it. if I press the area it doesn't hurt, I have to be sitting to feel it. Ido have stomach acid and gas. I am not sure if this is gas or something else Iike muscle. I don't have any other symptoms. let me know you think this is.

a little history, I had ct scan abdomen 1 year ago last Nov 2016. I also had an endoscopy last Nov 2016. everything was normal except they say I have fatty liver. I had a blood test 4 months ago. my liver test was a little high. I don't take any medication. just alcohol 2 times a week. 2-4 beers per session.

Brief Answer:
Probably related to a muscle pain!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully and the attached laboratory report. This doesn't point to a specific disease condition. it is likely a muscle issue. I will suggest we monitor only for now. Unless this pain increases or becomes more disturbing, I will not advocate for treatment at this time.

Should pain ever become disturbing, I recommend 600mg of Ibuprofen and a doctor's visit for assessment and management.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

ok, so a fatty will not produce these symptoms? I was worried that's what it was.
