Question : Hi Can you explain these findings from a ct scan i had?
1. Bilateral maxillary, left ethmoid and left sphenoid sinus disease.
2. Status post sinonasal antrectomies.
3. Deviated nasal septum..
I know what the 3rd one means

1. This indicates infection and/or inflammation in the openings/cavities inside your face bones, I.e. sinusitis.
2. Indicates that you have already had a surgical opening of the two of these sinuses (openings) in an attempt to relieve them and subsequently clear the infection and inflammation.
