You can ask me freely and I will try to guide you. I have gone through the mentioned details and indeed it could be due to the hormonal imbalance caused in the peri-menopausal period. I do not think that the mentioned symptoms signify ovarian cancer. Had one been present, it would have shown up on the CT scan. You may get a follow up ultrasonography of lower abdomen done to confirm upon the same. If no abnormal mass is present, you need not worry about ovarian cancer.
