Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The readings given by ECG machine or interpretator suggests that it is a normal ECG. But always in an ECG report or pathology report it is written that corelate clinically as the clinical correlation is important. Many a times clinical scenario doesn't match with the investigation report so we keep clinical sign and symptoms priority. For example if a person gets a heart attack and an ECG is done which is normal at present and may have changes later so clinical correlation is required.
Don't worry the clinical correlation mentioned over there is a part of routine reporting.
If you have any further query please ask me.
