Question : My Regards To DR XXXXXXX HEIJEBU.
My query to DR HEIJEBU is.

Sir As per your advise I had ECG done at Indus hospitals.I am her by uploading the ecg ,kindly give me your valuable opinion on it and the successive steps I should take.

Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

I have gone through your uploaded ECG as well.

The ECG seems to be well within the normal limits for your age and gender.

Continue the current prescribed listed medications - Metformin and Losartan

Since you are a diabetic and hypertensive for 7 years, I advice you to keep your blood glucose well under control especially in the 80-110 mg/dl range.

The blood pressure has to be kept under 125/80 mm of Hg.

Dietary Salt restriction should be less than 6g/day ie;under half tea spoon.

Regular physical activity in the form of 20 min brisk walk/day .

I also recommend you to have a regular follow up with a Cardiologist Dr.S.k XXXXXXX an eminent, expert interventional cardiologist, who is available round the clock at Indus hospitals.
