Brief Answer:
T wave inversion in precordials.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query.
Have gone through the ecg.

Inverted T waves can be seen in left and septal precordials..V4,5,6 namely.
This can be suggestive of myocardial ischemia.
T waves inversion especially if present in left precordial's are suggestive of blockage in coronary artery.

Patient should go for a stress test and 2d echo.

Thanks.
