Brief Answer:
THere are minor changes in the Ecg as discussed

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
A ecg is best interpreted in context of clinical domain of the patient , as the same finding in a patient having active chest pain would mean different than someone who is young and has no symptoms.

The ecg attached has
Sinus rhythm with heart rate around 75 .
In positive finding ,
There is T wave inversion in anterolateral leads ( Though it may be non specific ) .
And poor progression of R wave .

Now for a 52 year male with no risk factors ,
If the ecg was done because of any symptoms , futhur test like 2d echo and TMT should be suggested , Just based on his age even if non diabetic or hypertensive.

If the ecg was done as part of health check up , you may consider the changes as non significant and routine follow up should be done .

Regards Dr. Mody
