Brief Answer:
It can be normal or low voltage ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
ECG is used to screen out heart for any underlying pathology which needs to be examined in detail by other methods.
I saw your previous ECGs which you had posted in the query answered by Dr. Sharka.
In usual practice flat line ECG means there is no cardiac activity.
Sometimes due to low voltage or having fat under chest or breasts as in females causes low conduction of voltage transmitted across chest wall to the ECG leads which gives picture of almost flat line in ECG.
And I agree with Dr. Sharka that your ECG is normal other than some positional change which is normal for your given age.
If you still are in doubt you can always get a 2D ECHO of heart to get a better picture and in depth view of your heart and the functions.
But according to me it’s just low voltage and normal variant. Nothing to be worried abut it.
I hope I answered your question satisfactorily. If you have any more query kindly write back to me, will be happy to help you out.
Thank you.
