Question: Sir i m 27 year old mother my ecg report says st elevations probable normal early repol pattern i got gestational bp and i take aten 25mgdaily once

I have gone through your query.Thanks for using HCM.
Early repolarisation on ECG is variation on ECG finding .No need to worry.pregnancy induced hypertension should return to normal within few weeks after delivery.you should not need Aten anymore .If you still have persistent hypertension and need for medicine .you should get investigations for finding cause of hypertension at young age.

your pain may be acidity and reflux

Hello
your pain may be due to acidity and reflux.You should take PPI and anti Reflux like Rabeprazole and Domperidone.This should relive your symptoms.You may take it for 2 to 4 weeks if you feel better.Please let me know duration of your complaints and duration of post delivery time .As I mentioned earlier you should be able to discontinue Aten.
