Question: Good afternoon. My name is xxxxxxxxxxx, my recent ECG showed Incomplete left bundle branch block and atrium enlargement. Dr Ilir Sharka Cardiologist already explained to me that it could be related to my asthma as it is chronic. I just wanted to ask, I used to lift weight and walk/run in te mornings for about 40 mins. I would like to know which exercises would you recommend me to do appropriate for my case?

I would like to encourage you to continue with training with weigh lifting and walking / running. These activities will help you to keep your body in good shape and will help to prevent future cardiac problems.

You should keep in mind that you should avoid very strenuous physical activities and sports (long running, soccer etc.) because this may exacerbate your asthma.


Some of the most recommended sports for you are:
- Biking
- Swimming
- Yoga
