What Does My ECG Test Report Indicate?

Question: Recently I had done health check which included ECG . I have uploaded reports here for your reference. Can you take a look and provide your insight.

Report is essentially normal...

Hi,

I went through your reports attached and my comment is that they are essentially normal. Yes, there is a mention of deep Q wave in lead 3 of ECG (QS in lead 3); however such waves can be normal variants especially when all other leads are normal. So I don't think we should be bothered about it.

At this point, I would like to know about your medical history. Have you had severe chest pain in the past? Is there a family history of heart attacks?

Thank you for quick reply.
I don't think I had ever sever chest pain in the past.
My father had hypertension and use to take regular blood pressure pills. When my father was going through Stem Cell Transplants for Multiple Myeloma Treatment, he had suffered hart attack.

My elder brother also has hypertension and he takes medication.

In such cases, I will not be worried about the ECG finding.
