Brief Answer:
Supportive care for heart, antibiotics for cellulitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With history of blood pressure and medications, such changes in heart are inevitable, these are not acute changes and just due to hypertension leading to cardiac overload and ischemia. Current active problem is of cellulitis and that needs broad spectrum coverage of antibiotics and wound care. Rest assured, good blood pressure control and diet lifestyle adjustments, losing some weight will help.

I hope it helps . Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
No acute changed in ECG

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

As i mentioned earlier, your ecg has no acute changes and slight variations are due to hypertension history, controlling that will control your heart problem. Focus more on cellulitis. For heart problem, get regular biannually followups, repeat echocardiograms and ecgs, monitor your blood pressure, stay compliant to it and you wont have any thing to worry about.

I hope it helps.
