Question : dear doctor i was sextual relation with a lady ten years ago. after ten years i test 4times hiv rapid test.result is negative.2013 i test hiv ellisa .result is non reactive. at the very resent i test hiv ellisa.result -value-0.03,unit-O.Dratio.idont under stand my result.so pls tell me i am save or not.farther test is requere or not.
