Question : Hi! I am a 48 year old male I am 185lbs and 5'7" tall. My MPV count came out to be 12.7 while all other indicators in my blood picture are normal

Normal range of MPV is 7.5-11.5 fL(femtolitre).Your count(MPV:12.7) is mildly increased.MPV increases when there is destruction of platelets.
It is seen in many conditions like inflammatory bowel disease,myeloproliferative disorder,arterial disease etc.
It is good that other blood parameters are normal.
I don't think it is very concerning.
It is important to know your clinical findings and reason for investigation.
