Brief Answer:
It's a radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms and the reports are suggestive of radiculopathy.
I suggest following steps-
1. pregabalin 75 mg at bedtime.
2. physiotherapy with TENS
3. traction.
4. since I can't see the scan meet a spinal surgeon to rule out the need for surgery.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
