Brief Answer:
It can be considered as normal variant.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings suggests age related atrophic changes. It is found in every human beings with aging.
Due to aging, there is shrinkage of brain parenchyma.Shrinkage of brain parenchyma allows dilatation of ventricles and gyri &sulci(found over surface of brain) also become prominent.

In your case, ventricles present inside the brain is little bit more prominent than expected for age.It can be considered as normal variant and it is not a serious condition.
