Question : I have a problem in my right elbow . it's been an year, initially I was given painkillers, then depimedrol injections . depimedrol helped fr sometime, but injury reoccured after steroidal effect faded. I am attaching the MRI report. I have tried physiotherapy, pain killers , steroids , but the problem still stays, its very painful when I do pulling exercises.

I have gone through the MRI report attached. It shows joint effusion (collection of fluid). It could be due to injury or inflammation in the area. As this inflammation had become chronic, you need joint fluid analysis to reach the proper diagnosis.

can you kindly suggest about this joint fluid analysis, where and how to go about it . I forgot to tell u but the problem is in the inner portion of the elbow, which was mistaken for golfers elbow. I would get this joint fluid analysis, kindly guide me more.
