Brief Answer:
Could be excess fluid accumulation, meniscus problems

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

What was the reason for the arthrogram?

Do you have arthritis ?

Does the knee feel stiff and painful to move?

Usually after an arthrogram, there is expected to be some decreased range of movement.

You should elevate the limb and perform quadriceps strengthening, hamstring strengthening and ankle pump exercises. This should be able to bring back the movements. The loss of movement could be due to excess fluid accumulation in the joint.

Use moist heat to aid in exercises you perform.

Kindly respond to my queries to help understand your problem for a better, clearer picture to guide you for the right treatment.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Large Rotator cuff tear vs Frozen shoulder

Detailed Answer:
If there is a Rotator cuff tear large enough, that's could be loss of major movement of the shoulder.

Kindly upload the MRI Report of possible to note this.

I'm waiting for your reply.
