Brief Answer:
Spine issue is responsible for symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your reports, your symptoms my related to spine problem.

The slippage of L5 vertebra over S1 is causing you the symptoms.

This needs a surgical correction.

You need to consult an expert NEUROSURGEON for correction.

Post your further queries if any.
Thanks
