Question: Dear Sir,
I am attaching the MRI scan reports of my sister, recently she was admitted for abdominal pain, headache and vomiting for 3 days. Her MRI was taken & has some observations, rest blood and urine reports were normal, except her ESR was 68 (after 1 hr), please review the same and advise.
Past History-
1. Has Lap Hysterectomy 6 months back
2. Hypertension
3. Acid peptic disease

Hello,
I have gone through your question and reports.
The Mri brain is showing pituitary gland tumor which may lead to headache, vomiting, hormonal imbalance leading to menstruation abnormalities, hypotension and Thyroid disorder.
You need to visit to an endocrinologist and neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment of pituitary tumor.
ESR is non specific and may be raised in any inflammatory condition.
