What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

default
Posted on Wed, 1 Mar 2017
Question: Hello,
Could you explain this to me? They sent me to physical therapy after this, but no one ever explained my xray results to me.
Is "minimal spondylosis" a normal thing for my age or is that a bad thing?

Brief Answer:
No worries, supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your MRI report of spine is almost normal and slightest wear and tear of the thoracic spine vertebrae which they narrated as minimal spondylosis. Physiotherapy for a couple of weeks will help if you have pain, if not then that too not needed. Nothing to worry about here. Just don't gain weight, exercise regularly, stay active and take over the counter pain relievers if you have pain.

I hope it helps. Tae good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
