Brief Answer:
MRI images are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

In the other question, you uploaded just one MRI imaging.

It is impossible to get a correct understanding of your condition and MRI just by one image.

Please provide other images using one of the ways discussed in our other conversation.

Brief Answer:
There is asymmetry between hippocampal areas.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for providing MRI images.

I have examined the images you uploaded and, in conclusion, in my opinion, there is actually an asymmetry between hippocampal regions, with the right one being more atrophied.

Eventually, aura of seizures arising from mesial temporal lobe may manifest with symptoms such fear, panick, vegetative symptoms etc.

Discuss with your Neurologist about these issues.

Hope I helped you.

In good health.

Brief Answer:
Both conditions are treatable.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

I can't exclude entirely panic attack, but, regarding to your symptoms and MRI findings, seizures are the most probable explanation.

Since you didn't loose the consciousness, it means that these are partial seizures, however, a progression to general seizures exists as possibility.

In both cases (seizures and panic attack), treatment is possible and you can return to your normal state with appropriate treatment.

A Neurologist's evaluation is necessary to understand better your condition and to start treatment.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.
