Brief Answer:
About high prolactine level:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If other causes that raise the prolactine level are excluded, than the MRI should be repeated to exclude a tumor such as cragniopharingeoma (even though very rare).
But first, your physician should exclude other possible causes that raise it (medications, hypothyroidism ect).
Hope the information will help.

Brief Answer:
About craniopharyngeoma:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Craniopharyngiomas are generally benign but are known to recur after resection.
Recent research has demonstrated a malignant (but rare) tendency of craniopharyngiomas.
These malignant craniopharyngiomas are very rare.
A second MRI would make the diagnosis easier.
