Brief Answer:
ACL (Anterior Cruciate ligament) Tear needs to surgery for reconstruction .

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
You are young and as per the report you have ACL tear ( Partial as per the report).
Now a days we do not treat ACL tears as partial, For all practical purpose they are total Tears.
For ACL Tears - they need to be reconstructed by surgery and then ,over a period of time ,they mature to take the function of normal ACL.
First of all start doing exercises to strengthen your quadriceps and the range of movement to near normal. It might take 6-8 weeks and then go for surgery.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
