I have noted your history and MRI brain findings.
These MRI findings are commonly seen in people with a history of migraine and does not require any additional treatment. Treatment should be as for migraine.
However, a screening should be done to look for high BP, sugar or cholesterol, which could increase the risk of brain ischemia (reduced blood supply to the brain).

Migraine also improves in one month time, however, total treatment may need to be continued for at least six months.
