Question : I have pcos and just had a MRI done, it says I have a small trace of fluid in my cervix and multiple follicles. What does this mean?

Follicle is a functional area of ovary and egg is developed in small part of egg.
Mild Fluid in cervical is a indication that you are recently ovulating or ovulation occurs recently.
