What Does My MRI Scan Test Report Indicate?

Yes you may need surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As you have mentioned about your problem as cervical spondylosis and multiple disc prolapse, it's matter of concern. But the actual status can only be ascertained by knowing about symptoms associated neurodeficit, bladder bowel involvement and the Mri pictures.
If significant compression and symptoms are present then surgical intervention may be required.
Type of surgery and risk will only be explained by seeing the Mri images.
please provide the mentioned details for better diagnosis.
you should consult a neurologist or neurosurgeon for evaluation and proper advice.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Yes this disorder can be managed surgically
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
You can take a photo of your Mri report and upload in jpeg format. Also you can take photos of Mri film sequentially and convert it into pdf format to upload.
Yes you do have compression features at cervical spine.
The surgery is possible and would be done at the disc with maximum compression either at one or two levels.
Higher the disc level involved greater is the surgical risk.
Be assured and consult a good neurosurgeon.
Get investigated for rheumatoid arthritis also if you have some joint related issues.
Hope you recover early.
Do get back to me for further queries.
